  1. Move a ticket into another section

A buyer in the stalls whose friend sits in the balcony can now join them. In Seats & guests, when the new seat is in another section — or sells that ticket at another price — the move dialog warns you first. The ticket keeps its type and the price the buyer paid, even where the new section costs more or less: nothing is charged or refunded and the invoice stays as it is. The assistant can do the same, and tells you when a move crosses sections.

  2. Edit a request you already sent, step by step

A request you already sent now opens in the same steps you built it in. Add or stop payers in Payers. In Amount, change the price or the schedule for everyone, or for just one payer — every 2 months, say, while the rest pay monthly. Change the payment method in Rules. Nothing reaches your payers yet: a bar at the bottom counts your changes, and Review & apply shows what each payer will be asked before you confirm. Payments already made stay as they were. The assistant can make the same changes.

The Amount step of a sent monthly request: one payer's price and schedule are marked Changed, and a bar at the bottom reads 2 changes not applied with Discard and Review & apply.

  3. The door knows who is still outside

The door scanner now keeps a count pinned to the bottom of the screen: how many are in, how many still outside, and — opened — the split per ticket type or, for a seated event, the room itself with every place coloured in, sold or free. Each scan names the ticket's number and, for a group, how many of that order are already in, so five tickets bought together never look like one ticket shown five times. Showing the same code again right after it was admitted reads Just admitted, in amber, rather than a refusal; a ticket for another of your events is refused as Wrong event. Seats & guests shows the same count for the date and stamps each ticket with the time it went in; the buyer's page numbers their tickets 1 of 5, 2 of 5… The assistant reports the remaining count too.

The door scanner for a concert: a green Admitted verdict naming ticket TKT-E5VY-XTHV, balcony seat B1-5, with 2 of 4 on this order already in; below it the pinned count reads 16 in, 3 still outside, 19 tickets, with a bar per ticket type and the room opened beneath, admitted seats coloured teal.

  4. Move a family's tickets together

A group that can't see from where they sit no longer moves one ticket at a time. In Seats & guests, tap each of the buyer's seats — the room only lets you pick one buyer's at a time, so two of Miguel's and one of Maria's can't get mixed up — choose Move to other seats, and tap the new place for each ticket in turn; two of them can even trade places. The whole group moves together or not at all, and the buyer gets one email with all their new tickets. From an order, Change seats picks every seat on it for you. The assistant does the same when you ask it to move several tickets.

Seats & guests for a concert: three of one buyer's seats in row C are picked and the bar below the room walks through them — C1 and C2 already have their new seats in row F and the third is waiting for a tap.

  5. Move a ticket to another seat

When a buyer asks to sit somewhere else — next to a friend who bought later, say — open Seats & guests, tap their seat, choose Move to another seat and tap the new one. Their old ticket stops working and a new one is issued on the same order, the old seat goes back on sale, and the buyer is emailed the new ticket. Hold the seats first to keep them free while the friend checks out. The payment and the invoice don't change. The assistant can do it too.

Seats & guests for a concert: a buyer's ticket in D7 is being moved, and a dialog asks to confirm the move to E9 and offers to email the buyer the new ticket.

  6. Follow the changelog

Subscribe to this changelog in any feed reader at saillabs.app/changelog/rss.xml. In the app, a dot on your avatar tells you when something new has shipped since you last looked.

  7. Bill one payer on their own schedule

A recurring payment request no longer has to ask everyone at the same pace. In the Amount step, give any payer their own schedule — every 2 months from February, say, while the rest pay monthly — and their plan runs on it. Changing the schedule of a request you already sent leaves those payers alone unless you choose to move them too. The assistant can set it up for you.

The Amount step of a recurring request: most payers follow the shared monthly schedule, one pays every 2 months and another every 3.

  8. Sign in with Microsoft

Beside Google, you can now sign in or sign up with a personal Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail or Live). Teammates get the same choice when they accept an invitation. Accounts link by their verified email address, so an existing Sail account keeps its data.

  9. Sign up from any eurozone country

Sail is open to businesses in the 20 eurozone countries. Onboarding asks where your business is established and takes your country's tax or VAT number — the EU register fills in the rest when it knows it. Your Stripe account for cards and direct debit opens in your own country. Certified invoicing and the VAT draft remain available to Portuguese businesses for now.

  10. Sign-in moves to WorkOS

Sail now keeps your sign-in with WorkOS, a dedicated identity service, behind the same pages on saillabs.app: Google or email and password, email verification and password resets, plus a new Signed-in devices card on your account page where you can see every active session and sign out of the others. Existing passwords keep working. Two-factor codes set up in the old sign-in no longer apply and will be offered again shortly.

  11. This changelog, and updated privacy policy and terms

Everything new in Sail is now listed here. The privacy policy and terms now cover card, MB WAY and direct-debit payments through Stripe, connected AI apps, customer email records, per-plan invoicing prices and cancelling from the app.

  12. Attach receipts by chat

Drop a receipt into the assistant and ask it to attach it to the right transaction. It reads the document again for that transaction and suggests the VAT. On the Documents screen, the paperclip on any file does the same.

  13. Excel exports and file previews

Every accounting and transactions export now comes as Excel as well as CSV. You can preview an export, the Stripe payments file or any spreadsheet in your vault before downloading it.

  14. Sail for your books

A new page explains how Sail keeps the month ready for your accountant: receipts on every expense, VAT as you go, certified invoices, SAF-T and one export per month. The in-app IVA draft moved to /vat.

  15. Choose the assistant's model

The assistant answers simple questions with a fast model and shows which model answered under each reply. You can pick a model yourself from the composer.

The assistant's model picker open in the chat panel: Auto, Fast, Balanced and Thorough.

  16. Stripe fees, net and payouts

Card, MB WAY and direct debit payments now show the gross amount, Stripe's fee, the VAT on that fee and the net. Each payout is matched to the bank credit it became. Documents has a Stripe payments tab and an Exports tab for your accountant.

  17. No more duplicate Santander movements

Santander sometimes reports the same movement twice, under a new reference the next day. Sail now merges the two, keeping your labels, receipts and notes.

  18. Safer VAT exemptions on invoices

Every exemption reason now carries its legal wording on the invoice. Before issuing, Sail checks that the certified document kept the VAT codes and rates you chose.

  19. Monthly SAF-T export

Download the SAF-T (PT) file for any month from Invoicing, ready for your accountant or the tax portal.

  20. See every email your customers get

A new Emails screen lists payment links, reminders, receipts and tickets sent to your customers. You can see whether each one was delivered, why it failed, and resend it.

The Emails screen: every payment link, reminder and invoice sent to customers, with its delivery status and a resend button.

  21. Edit live requests, and repeat on any schedule

Change the price or payment methods of a request that is already out, for future charges and, if you choose, unpaid links. Add payers without resending to everyone. Recurring requests can now repeat every few weeks or months, not just monthly.

Editing a live recurring request: a new amount, the payment methods, and whether the change applies to unpaid links too.

  22. Control what invoicing costs

Owners see the invoicing seat and per-document rates in Billing, can pause the seat, and get a warning at 90% and 100% of the monthly allowances. You can now cancel your plan in the app, with any open balance settled first.

  23. Draw your room

Dates, room, tickets and appearance now live in one Build workspace. Draw sections as rectangles, circles or free shapes, mix numbered seats with standing areas, and save a room as a template for your next event.

  24. New pricing

Basic now starts at €10 a month. Certified invoicing is optional and priced per plan. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of automated emails.

  25. Connect your own AI app (MCP)

On Plus, Pro and Custom, connect an MCP-compatible AI app to Sail. It reads the data you allow, and every change it proposes waits for your confirmation in Sail. You can revoke access at any time.

  26. Clearer team access

Each permission is explained, with presets such as Accountant and a live summary of what a teammate will see. Invited teammates choose their own login.

  28. Recognise returning ticket buyers

When you link a bank transfer to a ticket order, Sail can save the buyer's account so their next transfer is recognised automatically.

  3. Mark as paid, with the right transfer picked

When a bank leaves out the reference, Mark as paid now pre-selects the transfer that matches the amount and the payer's name. Sail also remembers the payer's account for next time.

  15. Embed your ticket page, and let buyers change orders

Put the checkout on your own website and match its colours. Buyers can change or cancel an unpaid order themselves.

  16. Cart checkout and automatic invoice-receipts
